Brace yourself doesn’t sound positive, hope that’s not a prep for heartbreak. I’ll be watching the meeting tomorrow, is there info you’ve seen that’s not circulating in the media at this point? #nervousmomwhowantsherkidsvaccinated 😬

The Salt Lake County Health Department decided to look at data to see which zodiac signs were most active in getting their COVID-19 vaccination shots.

“What we’re really doing is finding new and different ways to keep our community talking about vaccination when there is significant message fatigue around the topic,” the Salt Lake County Health Department said.

Many believe astrological signs can tell you a lot about someone. We know Leos are big fans of, well, themselves. But it turns out they like the COVID-19 vaccine, too. Per the health department, Leos have a 70% full vaccination rate.

"Russia is only allowing inoculation..." is Russia using a form of live virus for inoculation?

Zodiac ponderings.

Ok, well, zodiac sign = month of birth.

Maybe it has to do with birthday festivities?

Leo = late July/Aug, Aquarius is late Jan/Feb, Aries is Mar/April, Sag is Thxgvg to Christmas, and Cancer is also in mid-summer.

Maybe those people really wanted to have a party, and realized they'd have to be vaccinated?

Maybe Scorpio's Oct/Nov habitually think it's all good, they can have a party and so they don't bother?

Two factors I can think of for zodiac X vaccination rate-- age patterns and birth patterns:

1) Age--

What is the age distribution of each zodiac sign in Utah? Older Utahan's are more vaccinated, whereas the youngest group is not-- is there uneven representation of age by sign? (Is the Leo group older than the Scorpio group?)

https://coronavirus-dashboard.utah.gov/vaccines.html

2) Related but much more speculative. Birth patterns:

I noticed a Sept-October 'birthday season' in my friend group-- ie. 10 months after the X-mas and post-new years break in the US. For Americans that is often a sustained time that many workers get off together. And relaxation + free-time ->... babies.

Is it possible certain affinity groups are more likely to have babies that were conceived during certain periods? -- Are there affinity groups that are more likely to shun vaccination or take up vaccination?... Scorpios would be conceived in Jan and February (Valentines), I think. Leos would be in the late fall. How have month birth patterns changed over generations?...

Whoa, there is way more variation in vaccination rates between zodiac signs than I would have predicted! So weird.

I light of the data presented, what is the reporting of the at home testing for covid? I am wondering with the increase in need/want/usage of at home covid 19 testing what, if any is reported to the CDC? Does that lead to a an under-reported case rate?

Any theories on why UK is climbing again aside from the “Delta Plus” theory? Or is this just to be expected in places with pockets of unvaccinated people?
